The Canon DR-C225II is a document scanner, based on a unique U-turn vertical scanning concept, making it possible to save 50% more space on your desktop compared to a conventional scanner.
For this reason, it is perfectly suitable in the case of limited desktop space or for reception desks, without impacting productivity (25 pages/minute).

Ergonomics
The Canon DR-C225II offers day-to-day convenience: you retrieve the documents facing you and images are automatically oriented in the right direction for reading.  The manual selector enables you to switch to linear mode to scan rigid cards (social security card, ID card, etc.). Scans can be started using the control button or CaptureOnTouch intuitive control software. Select from a wide range of file formats, including PDF with text editing functionality.

Features
The Canon DR-C225II can be used for a large number of automatic image processing operations: documents can be deskewed, realigned, etc. and adjustments such as contrast can be made directly on the image. A cloud scanning feature is provided, so that your documents are available on the Internet at all times. The software included offers you access to extensive features, for example with eCopy Pdf Pro Office: OCR, conversion to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, High-compression PDF, page reorganisation, side-by-side document comparison, etc. For more versatility and to be able to scan bound documents, the Canon Flatbed 102 option is available (Windows compatibility only).

Performance 
With a speed of 25 ppm (B&W, grayscale or colour), an ADF with a capacity of up to 45 sheets and ultrasonic double feed detection, the Canon DR-C225II has an average production capacity of 1500 pages/day.
