Image quality
The Wicks & Wilson CS-750 can scan at an image quality of 100 to 600 dpi. Wicks & Wilson SmartScan technology allows you to obtain high-quality scanned images, suitable for direct processing on a plotter. It features two image processing levels: the "basic" level offers good results for any user via simplified settings and automatic image enhancement. The "advanced" level enables experienced users to optimise image quality with precise, detailed settings. The bundled ScanCard software offers image processing features such as rotation, repositioning, cropping and deskew in B&W mode. High-quality images are obtained, suitable for processing on a plotter. The Wicks & Wilson CS-750 features a reduction ratio of 7.5 to 36x (variable).

Performance
The Wicks & Wilson CS-750 is suitable for B&W and grayscale (optional) scanning at a speed of 750 aperture cards per hour at 200 dpi and 620 aperture cards per hour at 400 dpi. Its feeder has a capacity of 500 cards.
The "Hollerith" punch reading feature automatically configures the document format to be reproduced on the plotter. The simplified control software allows you to use the scanner-plotter assembly as a self-service reader-printer. The Wicks & Wilson CS-750 features a "review" output hopper with a capacity of 150 cards and a "reject" output hopper also with a capacity of 150 cards.
