Spigraph UK opens and acquires Imaging Xtra
Spigraph pursues its international expansion with the opening of the Spigraph UK subsidiary and the acquisition of British distributor ImagingXtra.

Spigraph, the specialist Value-Added Distributor in Data Capture solutions, continues its development with the opening of Spigraph UK. Based in Maidenhead, but reaching out to the whole of the UK, Spigraph UK opened their door for business as of 1st September. Offering the widest choice of document scanners through its partnerships with renowned vendors Canon, Fujitsu, Kodak, Panasonic, IBML & HP, plus some key software vendors, Spigraph will be actively working in the end-user market to offer Document Capture Solutions and then working with their reseller partners to best serve the customer needs.
Neil Pearson, Spigraph UK Country Manager, is excited about the opportunity, ‘Spigraph has an excellent reputation in the European and African markets and we want to replicate the success the company has seen since entering the market in 1997. The business has now evolved to an extent where it is offering real Value-Added offerings to the customer whilst working closely with the vendor and reseller partners. With the market still being tough, it’s a time when businesses want to see return on investment and ease their real ‘pain points’.
As Spigraph continue to expand, the emphasis is to establish themselves as the number one Value-Added Distributor, whilst ensuring that they continue to look at new solutions for their customers.
Spigraph recently acquired ImagingXtra who have been a Value-Added Distributor for over 10 years. This gives Spigraph a great customer base to work with, with some customers being in a very ‘niche’ market. Spigraph will continue to work with these partners closely and offer new solutions that they can now bring to the table.
Spigraph UK plan to hold a kick-off event in November where they will invite their partners and customers to attend to give a more in-depth overview of Spigraph’s solutions offering.
