Dicom Spigraph Group announces availability of CumulusPro cloud capture with ARQUO BPO Platform
Transaction-based, document-driven business process management capability with zero up-front investment and rapid customer deployment is the ideal platform for Europe's Business Process Outsourcers
Estoril, Portugal, 16/09/14: Dicom Spigraph Group (www.spigraph.com), the leading provider of intelligent scanning, capture and document process solutions in EMEA, today announced the availability of a comprehensive cloud-based document capture & business process management capability from Lisbon-based business partner, ARQUO Technologies SA (www.arquo.com). Based on the integration of Dicom Spigraph Group's web-based CumulusPro capture services with ARQUO Technologies' document & business process management platform, the combination of these two leading cloud services provides ARQUO Technologies' customers with a unique capability to rapidly deploy process-driven document management solutions to their customers, with zero up-front investment required for software licenses, infrastructure and support.
CumulusPro, distributed and supported by Dicom Spigraph Group, is a comprehensive Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) document capture solution hosted on Microsoft's Azure cloud infrastructure. CumulusPro implements web-based scanning, avoiding the need for client-side software, with all document classification, data extraction and quality control functions hosted in the cloud. Captured documents are stored by ARQUO's cloud repository services and can trigger workflows designed specifically to implement the customer's business processes, for example accounts payable, claim processing or customer on-boarding.
“Our primary market is Business Process Outsourcers (BPOs) whose value proposition requires a rapidly deployable, scalable solution that aligns with their own “per-transaction” fee structure. We believe that the combination of CumulusPro services and the ARQUO DM & BPM platform offers a unique capability that exactly matches these business requirements ” said Filipe Velosa, CTO of ARQUO Technologies. “When we discussed our needs with Dicom Spigraph Group they quickly proposed adding CumulusPro to our own solution and, as both components are cloud-based, the integration was straightforward, with plans to add mobile device capture to the current web-based offering in the very near future. We are now well positioned to offer a unique, tightly integrated, cloud-based document capture, document management and BPO solution to Europe's Business-Process-as-a-Service (BPaaS) market, which Forrester forecast will grow from $1.26B in 2013 to over $10B in 2020”
“We were very pleased to recommend CumulusPro to our partner ARQUO Technologies because CumulusPro is more than just a web scanning technology – it is a complete service” said Michael Humblet, Vice President Production Capture for Dicom Spigraph Group. “Not only does CumulusPro deploy one of the most advanced capture technologies available on the market, it's unique “pay-as-you-go” fee structure is an ideal fit with ARQUO Technologies' own BPO platform and their customer's business requirements. We think the transaction-based subscription model, with no up-front investment, no maintenance costs and ultra-high scalability is a breath of fresh air in a classic market”
