Key Account manager (w/m) - Basingstoke UK

Key Account Manager (f/m)

 

Your responsabilities:

  • Work with selected key accounts to increase focus and revenue on the Spigraph solutions portfolio including but not limited to Kofax and ibml solutions
  • Create business plans with key accounts to include business goals and go to market strategies and involve marketing, pre-sales and Business Development Managers when required
  • Conduct regular reviews with allocated accounts
  • Identify and close new end user opportunities directly and through key accounts
  • Raise awareness of Spigraph in nominated corporate reseller accounts
  • Document all customer activity in company CRM system according to company policies
  • Send in reports, forecasts, information etc. according to the required dates / deadlines

Your Accountabilities (incl. key metrics)

  • Deliver according to quarterly plan
  • Product GP and related maintenance and service revenue
  • Input all activities into the Spigraph Group CRM system
  • Accurate forecasting

 

Your Profile

  • 3-5 years channel sales experience in the IT industry ideally in a field sales role
  • Knowledge of the information and document capture market is desirable but not essential
  • Strong communication, negotiation and sales skills
  • High level of commitment and focus on execution – performance oriented
  • Mix of channel and new business development experience desirable
